My face is super-dry and painful, but I also have problem with acne.

I've been using Clinique's anti-acne moisturizer, but it doesn't seem to be getting the job done. I think I need something more powerful that won't make me break out. Any suggestions for a decent, relatively inexpensive facial moisturizer that won't make me break out?

Amiclubwear.com. Granted, you can't try on anything, but their prices can't be beat, and they have a LOT of shoes. The shoe quality isn't bad either.

2^i use aveeno moisturizer. Positively radiant i believe. Never had an issue with it causing breakouts, but I am fortunate enough to not have acne.

If you don't wanna go the online order route...hit up Baker shoes (usually at the mall). They have that style of shoe that you could wear for the boudoir shoot and that's it lol

Charlotte Russe has some cheap funky shoes, too. I have never tried them on, but there are some super cute colors and lots of pretty glitters!

I did Charlotte Russe, Forever 21, and H&M for cheap shoes/jewelry/lingerie for my boudoir shoot. Turned out really well, and I didn't come close to spending a fortune.

Awesome advice! Bakers sounds intriguing. Never heard of the company, but def sounds like a good option.

I ended up doing Plato's Closet today for a couple of bright pairs of platform, peep-toe heels but still need something a bit softer in color.

Also, went to Frederick's today and got two cute, lace-up corsets for super cheap. Thought of LunaK and some of the ladies on here. Not the comfiest, but wow, they give you an amazing silhouette. i too got a bottle of aveeno positively radiant moisturizer and it, along with a salicylic wash and benzoyl peroxide cream beforehand, it seems to be improving my painful dry skin and mild acne combo. I woke up a couple of mornings ago and the corner of my mouth is split though

serious question (not trying to be bitchy)

what's the purpose of boudoir photos and what do you do with them? I don't know anyone who's actually hung them up. do you expect your man to keep a photo album in his nightstand so he can think of you when he jacks off? I know several people who have had it done but I've never seen the pics after the initial "omg look what I did for my man"

Mine are hung up in our bedroom, because that's our private area. My husband looks at them every morning while he's getting ready. As for the photos, he keeps the album put away, and he'll pull it out every once in a while for us to look through together.

Same thing you do with any other photos. You keep them for the memory, and to memorialize a time in your life.

2 reasons that I have done that:

1. Fiancee works out of town twice a year, and he is gone for 2-3 months at a time.

2. If he is home, he gets to be photographer ... session is usually interupted , it is really just for fun

I did it more for myself- I'm sure when I am old and wrinkly with the girls hanging down around my bellybutton, I'd love to remember being a size 4 and defying gravity. Why not try and get a few pictures at your peak? (Plus, who doesn't love getting pampered and playing supermodel for an afternoon?)

The cotton thong is nice, but it doesn't give much, so if your hips are wide, they can fit a little tight
