Why the fuck is this team so dumb? We finally get it to someone in the middle of the paint, they get swarmed and don't try to pass but instead try and put up a terrible shot. It's called a zone defense, you dolts!

The fact that we can't rebound makes all of our guys really gunshy, which only makes their shooting worse. That's the problem with the offense.


Defense is just as shitty as it always has been.

We need Leslie in for defense and rebounding, regardless of those travel calls. We shouldn't post him up, but we should have him face up and run off of cross screens down low.

Leslie has to play. Brown has to drive, and someone has to hit shots. None of our big 3 are scoring.

Painter and Howell are unwilling to rebound, so I am fine with subbing in Vandy or TDT or anyone willing to rebound.



Needless to say, there is no comeback if we can't force stops.

howell needs to put the 25 pounds back on. he cant defend at either weight but he was a lot lazier and less mobile at 270 so he wasnt picking up as many fouls and he would at least get boards

When leslie is not in there, other teams just out jump us for rebounds. His ridiculous athleticism makes him a game changer.

FYI, leslie traveling on a post-up is a less negative play than us giving up an offensive rebound. Giving up offensive rebounds kills a team.

If Leslie prevents an offensive rebound for every dead ball turnover he makes, then he is a net positive. That's how valuable rebounding is.
