Building a company.

It's fun but more work than people realize. We just expanded from two to seven, including HR / Marketing / Accounting / Sales / couple of hot intern girls that Sales drools over / the rest of the boat crew during the busy season that makes us about 30. I am sort of a hub here now, I do all departments and tie 'em together, and the CEO has been mentoring me for about three years now.

In short I work 18 hour days in the slow season, lol.

Hope your job is giving you shits and giggles (and bucks)... mine's not right now but it's still getting started.
