Thanks. Our company is probably around there too this year, but we both actually got bumped a paygrade so it reflected the std "3%" type raise plus a little extra.

And as far as the bank goes, I'd say it just depends on if you are confident you can pay it off by the end of the year. It's kind of like the 0% interest stuff for appliances or other random things stores offer sometimes; as long as you don't think there is a danger of you not getting it paid off by the deadline before the penalty or interest hits you might as well take advantage of it.

So today at work I had someone call me back. I talked to them last night, but since they were a consumer we weren't able to sell to them and I had to turn him away.
