A terrible Shark Week pun?

I'm not sure but I have an overwhelming distaste for Obama right now. He's just another elite liberal professor shaking his finger and sarcastically talking down to another real American to make a "point." And Romney politely sat there and took it! That's true leadership.

The propaganda that's being pumped out on "News Stations" is actually pretty frightening.

i used to really like ready the Drudge report but recently it's just so pro-Romney and anti-Obama it makes me sick just reading the headlines. they constantly post the Gallup and Rasmussen polls which show Romney in the lead. they don't talk about any of the other polls. it's just one thing after the other. they have gone down hill!!

i'm not sure if you're serious, but this is one of the things that pisses me off the most. are we seriously saying that educated people in office who can speak knowledgeably about issues is bad for america? romney was talking out his asshole about the military last debate and he needed to be told what's what. is obama supposed to hold the hand of his rival who doesn't even have a naval science 101 understanding of the military?

tl;dr - your post is "Idiocracy" IRL

Wah wah wah. When Newt Gingrich leans back and gives a history lesson he's a wise and learned man, when Obama does it he's an uppity arrogant nigger. We all know the story.

I'm pretty sure nobody enjoys being lectured by Gingrich either.

Truly gifted politicians can speak intelligently about issues and appeal to more than just their base.

This can't be said about either of our current choices.

I also wish I had a tally for the number of times liberal TWWers such as Str8Foolish and pryderi have said the N-word in the past several months.

context, brother.

in and of itself, "nigger" isn't some magically evil word.

Conservatives know they can't say the N-word, so what they do instead is sketch out an outline of the word, filling in the whole page black ink except for the shape of the word itself. A liberal comes in and says "Hey, you're writing the word 'nigger'!" and the conservative replies, "HOW DARE YOU SPEAK THAT TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE WORD YOU RACIST"

I shouldn't have used the "conservative" and "liberal" labels but y0willy did and so I followed suit.

Also, it's pretty obvious that when...some people...say "Why can't I use the word 'nigger'?" it's because they want to scream it at a black person from their truck window. These same people call liberals shameless hypocrites for occasionally dropping the N-bomb while quoting a rap lyric they enjoy.

I will say that I watched both Fox and MSNBC immediately following each debate. Fox was an echo chamber of conservative pundits and relatives of Paul Ryan. MSNBC had Steve Schmidt on the panel contradicting Maddow, Sharpton, et all and the gave George Pataki like 3 minutes of spin time. Fox spent almost the entire time talking about Benghazi and the MSNBC panelists went over most of the topics discussed in the debate.

They (Fox News and MSNBC) were not two sides of the same coin.

It's funny and blatantly obvious that Fox's plan was to give the hurricane two solid days of headlines after it was over then full on 2012 election express.

They still cover the storm stuff, but they switched tone to "WHY ISNT EVERYTHING FIXED YET?" which is basically a microcosm of their spin on the recession.

Quote :
"He maintained, “I still believe that today and I don’t understand why telling the president of the United States that he has done a good job when he has done a good job equals an endorsement.”

The New Jersey governor, known for always speaking his mind, added that Mitt Romney and President Obama both know that he supports Romney for president and will be voting for him on Tuesday. He added, “But it doesn’t mean that I can’t turn to the president of the United States of America and say to him, ‘thank you, sir, for providing good leadership in this crisis and for helping the people of New Jersey’ and to extend my hand of friendship for him.”

He carried on, “This shows how broken our political system is — because I say something nice about someone who does their job well, somehow […] that takes away my endorsement of Mitt Romney.”
"

It's almost as though the GOP is relying on a party line of "Obama is the Worst Man Ever who did the Worst Thing every time."

The clip of Christie on Fox and Friends was hiliarous.

Immediately after the storm, Chrisite was on their looking really bad, and one of the hosts said something like "I heard Romney is going to come and check-out the damage, will you be talking to him then?" and the visibly perturbed Christie lashed-out and said something like "I don't know, and I don't give a damn. I've got destruction, people with no shelter or power, people died. If you think I care about presidential partisan politics at a time like this, you don't know me"

I saw a clip yesterday of Christie at a news conference talking about what's being done to fix the power and the moment he started thanking FEMA and talking about the gas they're bringing in and the logistics they're adding the cut away and the blond robot started yapping again. They're ridiculous.

They asked Christie whether he would be going on a tour of the damage with Romney. He looked and sounded pretty tired but he still lashed out a bit. It's refreshing to see someone actually be concerned with the well-being of their constituents. Jon Stewart talked about it on his Wednesday show.

If Obama happens to win, Foxnews wants you to know the reason.
