this website is pretty cool, but these bring back some memories.

Edit: also these Ghost of pictures are pretty cool, the ones done from Auschwitz are amazing.

Look at the old lady eye raping this guy.

Pretty sure that little kid in the front is me. Seriously, if that was taken in Asheville or Williamsburg, VA circa late 80s/early 90s.

I long for those days

The SEARS logo is so awesome. Fuck all these super-individualized logos.

The mall was a mall back then. I enjoyed smoking at Hanes Mall during my mallrat days.

LOL at Casual Corner

My mom loved that store. There used to be one at Crabtree with its sister store "Petite Sophisticate" next to it

Haha. This is the classic/standard tough guy pose from the 90s. It was extremely common to see people walking around like this.

Was carrying around a leather purse also a standard tough guy practice?

[Edited on February 20, 2012 at 12:07 PM. Reason : I'm aware that's likely a shopping bag, but I'm going to consider it a purse anyway.]

Yeah, I used to go to movies at that theater. IIRC the entrance was closer to where that Mexican restaurant is. It's been a long time since I've been to Crabtree so I don't even know if that restaurant is still there.
