all i know is that ive been "the driver" for people before. and they're gonna get in the car anyways, cause they were planning on getting hammered all day and probably dont notice the driver is fucked up

anyways only on the wolfweb will you find people picking on a dead person who had a DD. im just hoping she was really intoxicated so that it painless. obviously wish she werent at all, though, so it didnt happen.

she was always really sweet to me. far from my "people who deserve it" list...

Is this the same girl that Duchess showed up at halftime with at basketball games and then would leave with all of 15 minutes later?

Sucks for you, I guess.

yea it is pretty easy to tell how drunk you are, not as easy to tell how drunk/sober your driver is

or

it is easy to say "i'm too drunk to drive," it is tough to say "person x is too drunk too drive"

see my thread about FAG GUYS that say UMMMM

anyways, i said that the driver was drunk. just pointing out that once you have a DD, you usually do that to get drunk. and not to stay sober and watch the DD

dont be a tww faggot. especially about this stuff. i dont care how sad your childhood was, the girl didnt deserve it.

seriously there should be accomplices for dwi... that way people wouldn't push it off on each other but push toward splitting a cab.

seriously

I was riding around with this guy I did not know that well in Orlando one time (friend of friend^). I was so drunk I did not even start to sober up until 3 in the afternoon the next day.

I had no idea the other dude was smashed until he completely blew a toll booth with cops parked all around it. Went right through without stopping. It is a pure miracle we made it back to the hotel.

It sucks blacking out around people you can't trust that well.

I still can't believe she's gone. She had so much potential.

It's very scary to thin that if someone like her is vulnerable then I sure as Hell am.

true, unless you have been drinking right along with them the whole time. if you feel too drunk to drive and the person right beside you has been drinking just as much as you have, odds are they shouldn't be driving either.

Apparently, the person that decided to let his buddy drive them back from the bar that almost smashed through my apartment at the Summit didn't realize this. Luckily he totaled the 4 cars parked in front of the building along with the truck he was driving instead of proceeding through my bedroom and possibly the bedroom of my next-door neighbor. Considering that it was his vehicle and he was required by insurance to cover the damage, it was a very expensive mistake on his part.

how do you come to this conclusion? we all could die at any given time. This doesn't exactly count as vulnerable.

she borrowed my vacuum one time while washing her car. i only knew her as a jersey chaser. i did see her the day she died at ivy chase pool. i think she had just recently got some "bolt-ons."

the reason that danielle girl got all her charges dropped probably had something to do with the fact that the accident happened in fayetteville

I see so much corrupt shit happen in the cumberland county legal system, its unbelievable

$$$ makes this world go 'round...at least fayetteville nc

Well that and I would imagine Duchess's family did not really press for them to prosecute it to the maximum. I mean the girl is certainly psychologically fucked for the rest of her life based on the fact she was responsible for one of her best friends death.

Everyone is vulnerable. You never know if youre just walking down the street one day you might just get hit by a car (or a meteor).

I approve of this thread. This is a valid question. There should be NO sympathy for a girl who did something this stupid and killed someone else.

I do have sympathy for Duchess and all of her non-vehicular-manslaughtering friends. May she rest in peace.
