I've started to drink a lot more water lately, but I wanna make sure that I don't flush out the vitamins or electrolytes or whatever, so I've been adding some lime in.

I'm looking into yoga for flexibility, and some type of self defense training to know i could beat people up if i had to...but first I got to figure out how to manage not being so worn out from work

Other than sodium my food choices are pretty good its just that I need to eat smaller portions and learn to live being a little hungry. I often eat a majority of my calories in the evening closer to bed. Find it difficult to sleep on an empty stomach

Do 30-45 strength train (3 days a week), but need to add cardio.

Keeping playing basketball twice a week. But that may not be enough. My weight is still increasing.
Thinking about find a part-time job at Y to completely change my lifestyle.

Started off the year strong, gym, walking, fasting, etc and saw significant weight loss...

Then my sciatica started acting up and that allllll went to hell.

It still comes and goes randomly, believe it is how I sleep and from sitting around too long.

Got back on it once that "healed" and then my knee started telling me to slow down, never had knee issues before so I took it light...

Never got back into it, but today I have started back.

Hopefully I will treat my body better and get back.

^^ why is your weight increasing, dude?

either:

1) you are way overeating (to more than offset even the bb???), or
2) you are still growing (are you 13?), or
3) you have a serious metabolic disorder

if it's not 1 or 2, then go see a doctor who is knowledgeable about these things.

if it's 1, then cut back. get help from a nutritionist if needed.

if it's 2, how are you on this website???

Basically it's 1. I love food, so I still keep eating. Also positive attitude/happiness helps growing fatter, I'm just saying.

Doing hoops is beneficial, but I only play at Thomas Brooks Park, which is a small outdoor court in West Cary, for about one hour each time. So the overall calories burnt are far less than enough.

Yes, I should refer to a nutritionist for more smart advices.
