I've never worked retail on Black Friday. However, one year I was working in the food court at Auntie Anne's. It was the craziest day of my life. There were only 2 people there, myself and the manager. Usually there are 3, more if it's busy. I didn't mind though, because I got mad tips and got to keep them all.
