This is true. However, we nearly beat both UNC and Duke towards the end of the season, and we pushed Syracuse for 30 minutes before they pulled away in the end. Seems like we are due for that one big signature win.

*Hopefully we didn't already spend our signature win on Georgetown.

I just keep remembering when UNC had 5 days to prep for us before our first game against them this year. We all remember how that one shook down...

These 5 days are doing nothing but hurting our chances. Our fans confidence builds but our momentum doesn't. Kansas gets a shot to regroup and prepare for us. If we could have played a day or two after our last win I think we would have rock shocked the jayhawks

Kansas is extremely talented and athletic. 5 days doesn't mean shit. You guys are really over-analyzing this.

This is as big of a prep for playing Kentucky as we're going to see in the tourny. That's how our team should look at this game. These guys are going come out firing and we've got to be able to play solid defense while maintaining our offensive game. It doesn't get any easier from here on out. Our road to the final four is arguably harder than anyone else's in the tournament.

Two very shallow teams that are evenly matched. Overall, they are a little more talented and a little more athletic...but we do have the sharpshooter that they don't in Wood. If Wood is on and we don't commit stupid fouls, I think we've got a great shot. I've watched Kansas play a lot this year, and although they're good, they're not as good as everyone is making them out to be. The gap between us is pretty small.

I think we've got a good shot at winning this one. We are a good team, and this is the right time of year for us to peak, and our boys want it. Regardless of the outcome, I'm proud of our team, and of their season. I've had more fun watching them play, and win, than I have in a long time. Their style of basketball is much more enthralling than most other teams I've seen this season.

What? We both have two good post players and a point guard that likes/needs to score. I said they have a light skill/athletic advantage...but it's not that much.

Both Leslie and Howell are better than Withley. Thomas Robinson is better than both Leslie and Howell. I'd put Brown on the same level. Wood can only do one thing...but nobody on Kansas can shoot like Wood.

They have the same size bench that we do...and it might be slightly better. We are pretty evenly matched.
