under your definition of offensive, then everything a person said could be deemed offensive. That is not what the University does in deeming what is offensive to the point of ejecting a student from an event. Our fight song is sung with the word "hell" in it, that could be considered more offensive that fire fowler. No University could get away with a ejecting students for peacefully "demonstrating" their disapproval of their athletics director.

Yes we suck in ever imaginable sport outside of cross country but the one thing that really pisses me off is the fact that Fowler is not producing "student" athletes. We have the worst graduation rate in the ACC. I know that a lot a extraneous factors go into this calculations, but UNC and Duke seem to be able to manipulate them.

Of course you have seen the fact that it is also UNC's 100th year as well through TV, newspapers and other advertising venues. It's time that we stopped blaming the "biased" media and blame the man that is supposed to market our athletics to the media and public.

I never suggested that anyone was sexually impure that was another poster, not me.

Libel and Slander are not synonyms at all, one is in verbal form (slander), the other written or printed (libel)

And I doubt that even if the Fowler's could find out who the poster above who suggested the impurity were, they could not file a slander claim because the person clearly posted "probably" in their post which states that that is his or her opinion. You really need to stop making this about other people and their comments because it is obvious you do not know the laws. I was not trying to make this a legal issue but you started it by saying that students could be ejected to a shirt or even chants, which is not true.
