I will say that penile extension surgery seems like a more productive (and perhaps, for many men, more satisfying) solution to this problem. I will admit ignorance on the current quality of penile extension surgery, particularly with respect to tactile sensation following surgery. That would obviously be a factor, as well as the taste of a surgically enhanced penis--Will the shaft still taste like regular erectile tissue (is the extension even made from human skin? Is it plastic? I once had a doctor tell me he had a penis that he simply pumped up, just like a Reebok. Would that affect taste?
