These rented for $350/mo in 2010 but apparently rent for close to 1k now.

Hahaha i actually looked at these 4ish years ago and they were ridiculously overpriced then. 950 a month for this shit is insane.

When I was at State and working at Pullen Park I actually looked at renting there but they seemed pretty shitty back then ( before they were renovated). I remember they were $375 back then. Of course you could also rent a 1-bedroom on avent ferry for like 575.
