mine started in winter 2023. I got a new furnace the spring before, and the first time I ran it, it dried out my whole sinus and made me bleed and shit.

not a fan of the furnace, I think that's what started mine

I'm 45 and I'm okay. sore back sometimes and the allergies... but I am probably healthier than I've been in 20 years. I may need glasses soon.

Seems pretty self-explanatory. I used to be bothered by allergies. Now I am mostly not bothered by allergies. I did not take allergy shots. I do not take any daily control medications. I'm a man! I'm 40!

if I cared more about my overall health, I'd go back to the allergist. I went to one circa 2000 and got a massive list of things I have allergies to

it must be some kind of outdoor allergy since I'm usually exposed to grass-type allergies approximately 4-5 hours per day


not looking forward to the winter either. allergies will disappear, but I've started catching more communicable diseases than I used to. That might be partially because I'm trying to get out of the house more often, which means I'll be more exposed to that kind of mess


might have to get the flu shot this year
