well, that's just it...they still use it

there's no reason to stop using it...it may not always be necessary, and certainly not all lists need it, but when used properly, it is effective and necessary

I was just thinking a couple days ago that people never do this anymore. I will continue to use it. BECAUSE IT'S RIGHT.
