I don't know, if this is a church, or an independent bell tower, but this is Cornell University

UT-Austin definitely trumps NCSU and prolly every other bell tower in the country.

You really have to see it in person to even grasp the sheer size and magnitude of it. These pics dont do it justice.

The phrase "everything is bigger in texas" is the TRUTH. This shit is huge.

I liked Furman's too. Illinois has a nice "modern" looking one.

It is a historical site if anything else. I don't think that it is tainted at all; that's just history.

So do you think that Kent State University is tainted too?

It's not like it was built off of asian slave labor, or that its proceeds go towards bad causes.

I can only describe the feelings that I have towards this tower as a man crush, and I love the bell tower at NCSU.

I guess we can count that, but ours is still one of the better ones.

Furman would be my pick. NC State's is middle of the pack out of the ones seen in this thread.

I hate the App State green roof architecture.

It has nothing to do with the identity of the campus. It represents nothing other than overpaid bureaucrats.

UC Berkeley's is awesome. Students get to go up for free, but it's like $3 for everyone else. Done it several times. You get a 360 panorama of the Bay Area which is incredible. Blows State's belltower away really
