Thinking about fierce deity link. Already got the sword since I started this last year and got to busy to finish. I think I can make a decent breast plate (maybe). I want to make a wooden mask though. Ive got enough tools to be able to do it (maybe) and access to a decent set of chisels. Im mostly worried about what I need to make the mask from (type of wood) and where to get a decent sized(relatively inexpensive) block of it in Raleigh if possible or where to order it from if necessary?

i refuse to spend more than $25 on a halloween costume. and it's on a sunday so i definitely won't be drinking like i did last year. NO MORE BLACK EYES!

^You do realize most bars celebrate all week long and a lot of times people have house parties on Friday, or Saturday night, even if Halloween is in the middle of the week. Also, the day changes at 12:00 am, so stay at the party till 1:00 am on Saturday/Sunday and you will be celebrating on Halloween.

I saw that you can buy broken bones that look like they are sticking out of your body. If you want to do a "Too Soon" costume then you could always go as this person. I'm so going to hell for even having this though.
