I remember that back in '05 or '06, some user on here (I've forgotten who) and I were arguing (I've forgotten why), and he challenged me to a fight. I agreed and we set a time and location. I can only assume that I did this because I had been drinking. I've never been in a real fight in my life and could get my ass kicked by almost anybody in better shape than Stephen Hawking. But even sober the next day, I decided that I would rather take a beat down than endure the shame of hiding, so I went.

nutsmackr, who witnessed this whole discussion, said he wanted to come watch the fight. He showed up; the guy I was afraid was going to beat the shit out of me did not. I thanked God, and smackr and I went to the bar and got drunk.

I really wish I could remember the details. nutsmackr might remember the incident vaguely, but I doubt he has any more of the specifics than I do.

Anyway, thought it was relevant to the thread.
