I would have to say I would take the Tryon Rd. Ruckus over the mission valley one anyday. Been to the cary one a few times for trivia.

I was hanging out up there for a little bit last night. Whoever the bartender was last night she is cute and very pleasant. Not to mention I didn't have to ask or track her down once for a beer. Meanwhile, I was at Sammy's right before where the servers and bartenders had attitudes.

I'd argue we've got some of the best service of any bar in Raleigh.

the service and people at Ruckus are cool as hell

it's a great establishment

it is a bar, if you were looking for drinks you might have to get someone's attention, like any other bar

you ought to give this one a try again, then! perhaps that bartender has since been fired. really i've never heard anyone complain about service here except for seldom on sunday nights because it's so packed. ruckus cary is quite good, though. different feel all together, but damn good.

and i ought to be defensive when i run the place.

Whenever something goes wrong at Ruckus we are usually over compensated for our troubles. One time we had a large pizza go to the table next to us so we said something and we got our pizza 10 mins later. We got some money back. Also, Joel messed up wdprice3's pizza slice one time and game him a free slice or two.

Service is always good.
