i've never had a problem with amazonand i love amazon prime. free 2nd day shipping/$3.99 next day on EVERYTHING ftw. i got my home theater system (a 109 lb package) sent next day for $3.99

I've had plenty of problems with Amazon but they always made up for it. Hell they even gave me TWO copies of mass effect. When the first one sat in greensboro (2nd air shipping mind you) for 6 days they sent me another one overnight airmail and recalled the first one. The first one still arrived at my place about a week later and then when I called to ask if I would be charged, if I needed to send one back, and how to send one back they told me that I should feel free to keep it or give it to a friend. The trick is not to use phone support but do all your correspondence online. Takes a day or so to get responses sometimes, but it always seems to work out better.

godaddy customer support is the best though. I know next to nothing about godaddy and their policies yet somehow I knew more than the idiot I was talking to. He sounded white and was def american.

^ Are you KIDDING?! Last time I called them they had no idea what I was talking about. I demanded to know why my last Amazon order was delayed and they just played stupid and acted like I was insane. I kept calling and calling and eventually a supervisor told me he would call the police if I didn't stop harassing them. Well what the hell has the world come to when demanding good customer service is harassment?
