I hate to say it because T. Smith is one of my all time favorite players. He needs to step up. In the past 3 games I have seen single plays where he decides to take the game over (the game winning shot against miami and a big play towards the end of the clemson game and one play yesterday where he got pissed off and backed henson under the basket and scored on him). All the sudden you see this big body moving quickly and dominating the post and I wonder why he doesn't play that way every play. These plays are what Tracy Smith showed last year and what i was expecting him to build upon this year. He isn't rebounding well either. Maybe it is still his knee hurting him? Maybe it is his conditioning and his minutes need to be cut so he can give it everything when he is in there.

Yes, we should have stolen one of the five collectively. But individually none of those are bad losses. Now the way we lost @UNC was pathetic. The collapse @Clemson was unacceptable. And the loss vs Duke when Sidney benched our entire team in the first half was frustrating.

Yes, Sidney has choked this season. It's eerily similar to his 2nd season when he just couldn't do anything right for some reason. It's made last season look like a fluke when it appeared he had turned the corner. It's frustrating. Why are we giving up on the season again though? We're almost through our difficult stretch. If the team doesn't snap out of it, it's obvious we'll make a move. I think we will improve fairly drastically or we'll just quit altogether. Therefore, Yow will have an easy decision.

Since it will be an easy decision, we don't need anymore meltdowns from you special big kids. Why are we trying to sabotage future seasons by running our core group of talented freshmen and sophomores off? Why are we turning on Tracy Smith when he's been the lone bright spot of our team the past two seasons and he's playing through a knee injury and potentially jeopardizing his pro potential overseas?

Who the fuck are you guys? Why so hellbent on putting our program in reverse?

^ yeah "reasonable" if the season was over and we would have won all the rest. to make it to the NCAA (without winning the ACC tournament) we needed to go 10-6 that means only losing one game the rest of the way and we play @ duke.
