I can name off multiple people I know who work at Harris and Brunswick Nuclear Plants, several of whom have actually seen the cores in the storage pool.

We don't have more because we stopped making them back in the 70's we are actually starting back up now finally making more. You can probably thank idiots who think nuclear power is bad for giving this though.
