issue a campus wide evacuation

and then cancel it 10 minutes later with a cryptic "everything is ok"

and then, because no one believes that everything is ok, issue another message that tells people that it really is ok

and then, because no one still believes you, give us the info you should have in the beginning, just evacuate one building due to a chemical explosion

although, the SMS alert system is cool...props for that

I wouldn't mind having an office in the buildings on 5th street near the business school. Plus it's close to the St Charles Deli who has awesome brownies
