he actually has his gun shop behind the house. you could probably just stop by, i get the feeling hes always there during normal business hours. but i usually call first just to make sure he'll be there.

Ive got a Yugo SKS. all factory and everything.

ive been debating whether or not i should buy another stock for it. its damn heavy now. but i read somewhere that even with the aftermarket stocks (that look kind of cool) the weight doesnt really drop that much

Shot a Taurus 24/7 a few days ago and I really like it when compared to the Glock. I cant afford a Sig, which is what I'd get if I could

Any comments on Taurus? Anyone owned one?

Taurus customer service is known to suck ass really bad.

The 24/7 is an ok gun, but look at a Springfield XD instead.
The 24/7 had a shaky start with reliability/durability problems.
The XD has a better track record, looks better, and has Springfield support (some of the best customer service).
The M&P would be another good choice.

Both the XD and M&P have ergos close to a 24/7...all of which are a lot better than Glocks for most people.

BTW, this is a for sale classifieds thread, not gun chat thread.
If you're going to post then offer up a firearm with a price, or specify what firearm you're looking for.

I have a Taurus PT 24/7 Pro if you want to check it out one of those before you make a decision. I just got it from a friend of mine who has had no trouble at all out of it. The 24/7's do have a history of problems, nearly all of which they managed to alleviate in the Pro model after it.

Wish I had a Saiga...or SKS. One day...

Anyway, I have the following for sale:
- New Lee four die set in 45 ACP $32 shipped
- New Lee case length gauge & shell holder for use with Lee case trimmers $4 shipped
- New Ruger 22/45 MK III 10 round magazine $18 shipped

Payment with USPS money order is prefered. Personal checks will be accepted but I will not ship until the check clears.
I'm located in Rocky Mount...not Raleigh, so the stuff would have to be shipped.

I would be willing to consider trades +/- money for the following:
-new or used Wilson Combat 8 or 10 round 1911 45ACP magazines
-Wilson Combat or Tripp Research 10 round 1911 magazine followers & springs
-jacketed bullets (9mm/.355, 45, 475/480, 308)
-new or gently used leather OWB holster for Sig 228
-other firearms...as long as they're very inexpensive because I'm broke

Depends on the outcome of the felony case and how old the felony is, and your county. I say this because I know of some exceptions.

If you really are 21, and this is you that you are asking about, I'd say you don't stand a chance.

Out of the box my friend, out of the box Remington; not a $2000+ custom made Robar. And what is so bad with sub 1 MOA accuracy?

that's a far cry from a sniper rifle. it's just a deer rifle. that kind of grouping is pretty good.

That's not too bad. If they're honest consistent groups then it's acceptable. Not great, but far from bad. The PSS has a long throat anyway.
That's with factory ammo too, handloads can make all the difference.

$600 is a pretty good deal...wish i had monies or something to trade

Is it a 20" LTR? Since it's fluted I assume it's an LTR. A fluted 26" would be sweet

dude, 3/4" groups at 100 yds are pretty damned decent.

I've done it with my Rem 700 (in 7mm REM mag), but it won't do that consistantly.

I mean, yeah, I've shot a .223 that would put five rounds through the same hole at 100 yards, then you could shoot the staples out of the target and make it fall down (if anyone knows Dr. Faulkner in the mathematics dept at NCSU, it's his rifle).

...but 3/4" at 100 yards is good for an out of the box, moderately priced rifle.

have a mossberg 500 (2 3/4" or 3" only). wood stocks, 28" ported vent-rib barrel w/ bead sights, 24" ported smooth-bore slug barrel with adjustable rifle sights, sling studs installed. can't remember what chokes i have (i know i have imp cyl and xxfull that i used at turkey shoots). no rust whatsoever, only problem is a small area of discoloration in the laminate on the forearm, but the laminate isn't coming off or anything. great rabbit, dove, and deer (with the slug barrel) gun. it's a real workhorse and i've thoroughly enjoyed it and taken good care of it.

not sure if i want to get rid of it. make an offer if you're interested. i'm also open to trades, mainly just hunting rifles, shotguns, or accessories.
