From Downtown Cary: Follow Kildaire Farm Road south. Turn right onto Tryon Rd. beside Western Wake Medical Center. About 2 blocks from O'Charley's, you will turn right at the Jiffy Lube into the second entrance for Ashley Village/Ashville Ave. Blood Center is directly behind the Jiffy Lube and across from the Merchants Tire and Auto Center.

From Apex: Take Hwy. 64 East towards Cary. Cross under US1. Hwy 64 becomes Tryon Rd. Go through 1 stoplight. Immediately look for Jiffy Lube on left. Make a U-turn before the second traffic light then make an immediate right onto Ashville Avenue at the Jiffy Lube. The Cary Red Cross Office is directly behind the Jiffy Lube and across from the Merchants Tire and Auto Center.

From Holly Springs: Take Kildaire Farm Road north. Turn left onto Tryon Rd. From the Beltline (I-440), take exit 7B Glenwood Avenue/Hwy 70. Continue to Creedmoor Road (Hwy 50). Turn right onto Creedmoor Road and continue. Turn left at the traffic light at Sawmill Rd. Turn right into the Stonehenge Office complex. Drive through the parking lot to Building II. The Red Cross is at the far end of the second building.
