StTexan -- I was responding to a direct @clawai tag from CaelNCSU a few posts back in the confessions thread. Mention-only is firmly in place. If it looked like no tag was nearby, the tag was a few posts up the page. Nothing broken or hacked -- standard operation.

I think that might be mrgreen shenanigans. the bot has a rule about not making posts from PMs, but no rule about not PMing another person from PM... so probably someone being a trickster
