I took one of my gf's xanax last night, and then 2 sleeping pills about 2 hours later. 15 minutes after that I was barely able to make it from the couch to the bedroom. I slept for 10 hours and have felt like a zombie all day.

the cvs simply sleep aid really works. it is 50mg of diphenhydramine and it is cheap. BUT it makes me feel too groggy. that is the extra strength kind. 25mg of diphenhydramine is enough for me, i think. especially with other medicines i'm scared to take the 50mg anymore. but i just have the cvs generic benadryl which is just 25mg of diphenhydramine and that works fine. no groggy unless i take it after like 10pm.
