liberty hasn't beaten a BCS team through the 2002 season, espn.com doesn't go back any further than that. that includes a 59-0 loss to uconn in 2005, a season where uconn went 5-6(2-5).

you would think by now they'd figure out that it's hard to beat BCS teams. or not.

That doesn't seem out of the ordinary to me (except maybe the shower thing). But I wouldn't really think it would be normal to let the teams practice on the game field the day before the game...
