Apparently the lawsuit was just to try and block putting him in the portal for now. The judge basically said "naw dawg," told them to take it up in arbitration, and then recused himself from further proceedings because he's a Duke grad (LOL).

I kind of hoped it would be in the courts enough for us to get a glimpse of some contract details, but looking unlikely with that ruling.
