i feel like there's always something wrong with you. dry skin, preggosaurus scare, now youre exhausted all the time.

you're probably just run down. or it could be seasonal. i find myself more tired and less motivated in the winter time.

i knowwww there is always something wrong with me!

haha preggosaurus.

i've been tired since august. i was anemic. i thought it went away and i felt better. maybe it is back. would also explain the yellow bruises i have that i can't seem to recall getting.

sleep? does sleep make you more tired?! or is that a solution. cause i sleep. A LOT.

I'm not a doctor, but I saw a commercial one time about the benefit of a good night's sleep. Maybe read wikipedia or something.

i actually had a friend in high school that was diagnosed with clinical exhaustion (there was a name for it, can't remember)

anyways, she missed like a month of school. perhaps that might be it?

too much sleep can make you more tired. try to keep it to 8-10 hours a night/day and see if that helps. try eating more red meat if you're anemic. make sure you drinks lots of water. and eats lots of fruit and vegetables.

also, i switched from coffee to green tea and i don't feel so groggy in the mornings.

^^^ well i sleep a lot that is what i'm sayin

but maybe it isn't "good" sleep

i feel like i could sleep forever and still be tired

maybe it is just the winter

^^ i dunno. i hope not that sounds like it sucks!! my dr suggested fibromyalgia at one point but i haven't really explored that further cause i don't really feel like i'm in pain, just tired.

^ yea that is what i think maybe i sleep TOO much, but i'm always tired. i was taking iron and b12 for 3 months but then i stopped. i had iron deficiency and b12 anemia. i've been trying to exercise more. i dunno. i just think maybe you're right and it is the weather/being run down

"too much sleep can make you more tired."

This is so true.

I can count the number of naps I took in the four years I was employed/going to grad school on one hand... I NEVER slept more than 8 hours but I was very rarely tired because I was always "Go, Go Go."

Now I've fallen in to some bad habits being unemployed and I am so much more tired all the time than I was before even though I'm taking naps and sleeping all around more...

Sucks. Need to find a job!

really? i take naps in grad school too because i'm always tired (mostly just this semester). i've always been a napper though. i <3 naps.

i dunno, i seriously sometimes feel like i'm going to pass out if i don't take a nap. i wonder if it is too much sleep. but its really weird because i feel like i NEED to sleep like i could fall asleep putting my head down on a desk.

but the past few days i've been sleeping like 12 hours and then working. it probably is just not having a real break yet or something. and sleeping a lot. and having the stress from finals catch up with me. cause i was running on adrenaline for like 2 weeks and now i'm just dead.

SHOULD I GO OUT TONIGHT?

pros: party w/ friends, i will be spending the night closer to the spca where i have to drop my dog off at 7am, only a few more opportunities to hang out before school starts again, i have nothing to do tomorrow except take care of my dog, get a crate, and monitor the dry wall people at our house

cons: i have to shower (cause i haven't yet today), i have to drop my dog off at 7am, chance of hangover

GO!

I would. I'm a goin' out fool. Even if it means dropping pets off at 7. I have to drop my cats off at 7:30 myself, and you'd better believe if anything interesting comes up, I am THERE.

I fucked up eggs for years until I found pre-boiled eggs at HT

2.59 a dozen

Well worth the premium

Put eggs in cool water, bring to boil, turn heat to a simmer, cook 10 minutes, drain eggs and throw them in ice water.

Don't bring it to a full, violent boil. Or don't abuse your eggs before you put them in the pot.

good socks and shoes would be important, IMO.

I would also pack lots of black and tan clothing. If you're packing colors, make sure they are muted.

Asia is very large. Therefore the requirements for what to pack will change based on the part of Asia to which you are traveling. Could you be more specific?

oh that sounds fun. why are you going there? just make sure you leave some room in your suitcases for things you might want to bring back for others/yourself.

to "study" haha. but it is def more of a sight seeing/excursion trip. we are visiting 2 law firms and 3 factories/distributors but...more fun stuff

DEF going to leave room. they said you can buy super cheap duffle bags and you can bring $800 worth of stuff back into the country (U.S.) before you have to start paying outrageous amts on it.

i'm not that into designer bags but i mean...when in rome
