some of the garbage like Cheeseburger In Paradise sucks, and others like Margaritaville are hopelessly played out and not all that great to begin with, but he has a bunch of awesome songs from before he was a cultural phenomenon that don't get a lot of airplay.

it's not my scene either, but i have a blast at those concerts. last one I went to I drank and ate for free the whole day in the parking lot before the concert. then we get inside for the show and this old lady is doing her damnedest to get me to hook up with her 18 year old granddaughter. whether you like the music or not, I call that a win.
