With the Mourinho like 1-0 win over relegated Norwich, Chelsea now control their destiny.

LC has Sheffield United and Spurs before the final matchday showdown with ManU
ManU has Palace away and host West Ham who have been in good form recently.

So if Chelsea manage a draw against Pool and beat Wolves (Not a guarantee by any stretch) they will finish Top 4, outside of that they will need help and LC or ManU to drop points, most likely meaning one team has to get a result on finaly matchday.

Gotta admit I got the top 4 predictions completely wrong at Christmas although to be fair there were a ton of variables with the restart, injuries, new players, etc.

Obviously surprised by Leicester's fall but equally surprised Chelsea kept the composure to get a spot. And Spurs just never turned a corner with Mourinho. Well done to United to close out the season after the restart well, won't even troll about it.
