* One Liberty Plaza in World Trade Center complex is collapsing, the
fourth building to be destroyed. Rescue workers are being pushed back.

* Top U.S. officials say they know the identities of many of the hijackers
on each of the four flights that crashed in attacks. Indentifications made

* New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq will remain closed through
Thursday. It could reopen Friday, but will reopen no later than Monday,

* Relatives of a passenger on the plane that crashed in rural Pennsylvania
said he related during a phone call that men on board voted to try to

I hope MSDW is insured enough to get adequate office space. The impact from their losses alone could dent our economy. Has anyone considered how much the GDP loses for every hour that the airports remain closed? Or for every hour that people stay home and watch the news? If the intention of these terrorists was to further harm our already sluggish economy, then they have admittedly succeeded.

Unconfirmed, but, I overheard today that if gas prices exceed $0.30 more than what they were Tuesday at any gas station in the state, then you can take that gas station to court for price gouging. Anyone know anything about that?

I am happy to see that the FBI is pursuing all possible leads as quickly and as thoroughly as they have been. Their mobilization due to this tragedy is something of a marvel. I also sincerely hope that by seeking the families of the hijackers that they intend only to elicit information regarding the hijackers' affiliations and possible ties to terrorist organizations.
