Late getting started this morning....

I slept in until 6:30 instead of getting up at 5 since church is at 11 this week...

ugh i have had this weird sensation recently in my back

its like. really hard to describe. always on my left side near my shoulder blade. like....tingling/crawling feeling. it happens everyday now and lasts for like a minute or two at a time
