Pretty much the same as 2020 but way more protein and so like ^ have had to add fiber.Tip: psyllium husk powder is cheaper but the capsules are worth it. The powder does not mix in water, is gross to drink and, I think, defeats the entire purpose of how it's supposed to work. I made it through a giant bag before really realizing. Capsules much better.

I almost pm'ed you yesterday to see which brand glucosamine you took. Do you mean these kinda pills about the husk thing: I took these once. Perhaps because i was unhealthy in other areas then so i couldn't notice effects, but i didn't think it really did anything[Edited on September 2, 2025 at 7:46 PM. Reason : I feel like when i eat healthy, fiber isn't an issue for me][Edited on September 2, 2025 at 7:47 PM. Reason : I thought the capsules even had a pretty potent smell, can't imagine powder]

I actually lied I don't take glucosamine anymore just plain MSM. Just basic Amazon stuff, NOW brand for msm and psyllium hisk caps.https://a.co/d/gwpUh7I(an Amazon link) I think I'm pretty good about getting fiber but high protein diets slow things down for some folks.

The turmeric circumin brand i got delivered this morning i got cause i guess most use biopiprene(sp?) to help absorb, but now there is an issue with the enzymes of that fucking with absorbing other shit. Or messing with liver or something, so this stuff uses minerva(sp?) which is why its more expensive. Hell, probably just buying into the marketing, but figured why not. Similar issue with the kyolic garlic shit i got. Other cheaper options but this stuff supposedly gets absorbed, and have different formulasMy bp is normally about 145/100(past 8 or so years, with or without smoking/drinking, i suspect due to sodium intake/diet) and a lot online said kyolic 109 formula drastically reduced their bp]

I typically search "(supplement name) reddit" to see if folks think it's BS.

Maybe a tall order but of those that posted put name brands it might be nice to compareWhey protein i use ascent(chocolate) and optimum nutrition(some vanilla icecream flavor i don't hate, but won't get again) from costcoCreatine is NOW, unopened container behind it is mustletech. Krill oil is costco brand, multi is sams club brandWhey is about only thing i am loyal to as far as that goes. Probably will go to an isolate whey when i finish. I find i am less bloaty with isolate(prob optimum or isopure)[Edited on September 2, 2025 at 8:08 PM. Reason : ^same here. I'd say like 1/3 of my total searches for anything(not just supplements) have "reddit" in them]]

y'all know about
site:reddit.com
9/2/2025 8:12:29 PM
Yes but just adding reddit has always worked for me, saw no need to type 5 extra characters^^totally unscientific but I would bet $1 that ON double rich chocolate is most popular brand/flavor. It's what I use. Keep an eye on deals sites for Amazon discounts

^^Put that in an iframe bro so i can see precisely what you mean. Saw a post on here the other day that had iframe. I figure its html code you know ^will edit in a sec[Edited on September 2, 2025 at 8:16 PM. Reason : S]

Lettuce discuss expiration dates real quick. Perhaps others never hit them cause consistent with usage. One of my wheys expires this month, i think multi is this month, and creatine is october. Think i should trash or continue past. If i am consistent, won't take long past. More concerned that i am shorting gains? Or is it merely going to be suboptimal taste and nutrition is ok?

[Edited on September 2, 2025 at 8:24 PM. Reason : "saw no need to type 5 extra characters" fair enough usually for me it's 50/50 it works too]

I tried some boolean operators the other day lol. Still a thing i guess

^^Yea for something slightly less humongous than reddit, like tww (no offense) I def use that
9/2/2025 8:41:25 PM

A poor joke

Oh psyllium is fiber, not that probiotic stuff like what i posted. I try to eat 1/4 cup a day of this with my greek yogurt. I think i go for about 40g of fiber daily, so this takes care of half
