^I watched it when it was on TV, can't believe how popular that show is now that it's on Netflix, haha. Think it was one of those shows that was always at risk of being cancelled, but guessing it's MUCH better to binge than watch 1 a week.

Very much trying to capture what Lost did, but it's missing something. Only about halfway through the first season, but the main guy just doesn't seem believable to me.

I feel like a show like Lost doesn't translate to a world where you can watch all episodes. Half the draw of a show like that is the discussion and wondering when they will find the answers

Landman is so silly. But I just can't quit it. I wasn't even going to bother with the second season, but my SO wanted to, so I watched the season premier, and now I just keep wanting to see how stupid the next episode will be

I’ve been considering jumping into Landman, but haven’t been able to push myself just yet. What makes it so silly?

I did just start The Americans for the first time. I think the overall viewership for that show was pretty low, but I’m finding it fantastic. I’m just starting season 2 now.

It's just like a well-done soap opera. A lot of the plot and dialogue is mindless slop, especially every story line about the wife and daughter (and the son and his gf) but Taylor Sheridan delivers what his audience wants... men complaining about their wife being on their period, and T&A.
