obviously, your metro behavior is troubling you. and here you are, eaten up with uncertainty and doubt, you've taken your concern to T-Dub in the hopes that you would be reassured with a number of replies such as "don't sweat it, brah, you're still a manly man"

but to hedge your bets, you couched the whole thing in self-deprecating humor, a form of sarcasm, so that if the thread crashed and burned, you could hold up your hands and say "LOL j/k I don't care"

i've likely been more times than anyone here, but my team of attorneys and bondsmen always have me out fast. i know there are people here who have served more actual time, no doubt.

timewise, i've been about 8 times total. 2 times in and out, 2 for a few hours, 2 nights, and twice for about a day and a half. thats about it!

i spent a week in jail in Cleveland OH when i was 18, and another week when i was 23 in Wichita KS.

i also spent 6 weekends (Fri PM - Sun PM) in Wake County as part of a plea bargain / reduced sentence for something about 10 years ago.

it was all misdemeanor stuff. nothing long term.

i'm sorry, i was just fucking with you. i regret saying that, it wasn't cool.

of course, if you were charged with felonies, the stakes get seriously higher, so you're going to get proportionately serious legal rep. especially if you're not guilty of the charges.

i, OTOH, was charged with various misdemeanors (one fairly serious) and was -- without a doubt -- guilty, so I just had to shut up and eat it.
