i like the grenade towers. I use those first with a couple of small guns to get the stragglers, and build from there. I don't know what you could do without lasers for the last few levels.

no but it was cool... actually i did for a while because i didn't have enough money to upgrade them. there were a couple levels where guys were almost passing by. That was my first attempt on hard. At least I survived IMO

once you beat it on hard... it gets boring.


..... for those just starting... the key is the lazers.


Bombs, 1 gun, then you sell them and buy missles.... 2 of them is enough...upgrade them too max.... buy laser..... sale missles...update laser... buy another laser..update laser


2 lasers at max is enough.. max may not even be neccessary.

Shock tower is a waste of money
The other elecric tower that slows them down is beneficial... especially with the ~32k pumpkin

i keep beating it at hard with all 20 lives but i can't break 40k. I don't know what the problem is.
I start with grenades and one gun, and slowly add more grenades until i can afford missiles, then once i can afford lasers, i get 2 or 3 of them and upgrade, and then i'm good for the rest of the game... you would think that if property AND cash count towards your score, it wouldn't matter what you bought.

I guess it's all about the finance center. The earlier you upgrade it the more overall money you're going to have.

ok i figured it out.


just get two of the centers.. the missle one and the finance one. dont get the others cause its a waste of money.

dont dispose of anything you buy initially. The thing is to update the finance center as soon as you can, while still being able to beat the enemy.

the missles max out at level 4 of the center so its unnecessary to update it after.

the centers do not count towards your "cash+assets" amount so buying or upgrading them un-necessarily is a waste of money.

Also towers are counted at a depreciated value(the amount they sell for) so building/upgrading as few as possible will get you the best score. Not selling them doesn't really do anything to help you.....I sell the little ones as soon as possible for the increase in interest return.

I believe it can be beaten with 11 missles fully upgrades but I have not gone back to try.
When I got my 46K I had 10 fully upraded missles one at level 4 and one at level 3
