I actually make my ham and cheese sandwiches like this now. Can't put hamburger patties or sloppy joe meat on bread, gets soggy too quick. And sliced bread sucks for brats too. A loaf AND hamburger/hotdog buns is more bread than I'll eat before molding...so just recently started going with hamburger and hotdog bubs exclusively.
