I'm going to the gym at 5am when it opens. Never done that before. Kind of curious about the ppl that do that. As Phill would say..."any talent"?

Kind of a let down. I figured like super busy. 5-5:30 kinda like 2pm. 5:30-now kinda like around like 4:30pm

What other times certain times at your gym are like is not a good reference for others, TBH.

Talent was good. Thought it would be busier though. When I left around 6:25 it seemed slower than like 5:45-6

I was told early morning gym time was when all the really hardcore ppl went
