12 teams (or whatever they expand to) is good in-season content. Keeps more fan bases invested thinking they have a real shot to win it. But there’s usually only like 4-5 teams that actually belong. I don’t think any of the teams playing yesterday or Friday except Oregon actually have a legit shot to win it all

If we want to compete with these schools with the deep pockets, we need to get creative. Hear me out. Texas Tech competed for a championship after spending $7 million or whatever on a d-line. We obviously don't have $7 million to spend on a d-line so we can't do that. But couldn't we scrounge up like $3 million and get all of the best kickers/punters/holders? We could run some gimmick plays where we line up our elite punter and kicker so they won't know if we are going for the FG or punting it away. Maybe just let Bailey walk and that would free up most of the cash.
