The media is still carrying Trump's water for him. They are taking the White House's summary of his medical reports as fact, that he was diagnosed with CVI. Insinuating that this is a recent thing.

It would appear that Trump has suffered from CVI for a while now, and is somewhere around stage 3 or 4.
