It was actually yellow, then turned red and flashed twice.

But after finding this, I'm not worried at all.

What sucks at that one is that if you are out in the intersection it is very hard to take a left (it has no left protection arrow). A lot of times you can sit there a whole cycle and not be able to take a left onto dixie then your out in the middle of the intersection when it turns red/yellow (you have to hope the on coming traffic doesn't run the light since there side doesn't have camera's.

If you have to wait it takes your picture.

Saw a technician working on it ~2-3 weeks ago. Seemed he was adjusting its timing as he was at the box, stepped away talking on the phone, waited for the camera to go off, then went back to the box. Wasn't able to sit and watch, so I can't say for sure what he was doing though.

Charlotte cameras have been off for awhile since the camera company was getting like 80% of the profits, when schools were supposed to get like 90% of the proceeds...so they deactivated them...its pretty awesome to not have to worry about them
