either former or current students - doesn't matterI'm interested in hearing your compositions that you have completed for any Music course you might have taken at NCSU, be it MUS 301/302 (Theory with Vogel), Composition with Computers (with Dr. Waschka, though I've since forgotten the course number - MUS 306?), or Independent Studiesif you've got mp3s, wav files, I'd love to hear them also, I remember Dr. Waschka taught a 2nd level of Music Composition with Computers, but I was unable to take that course due to schedule conflict - I'd especially be interested in hearing what anyone came up with in there, if anyone still has their stuffI'm not picky - just want some stuff to listen to, or even some musical scores which I can browse overI've decided to teach myself composition and more advanced theory (which is beside the point, really, but I wanted to clarify why I would like to hear people's pieces), though I've since graduatedanything you want to contribute, feel free to PM me, or AIM me

If you're really looking to learn something, go look for annotated scores in a music library. You'll learn alot more than you would studying the butcheries of music written by myself and other students. Even someone like me can write something good every once in a while, but I would go study the work of the professionals. I like to look at Chopin scores when composing to make me feel stupid.

well yeahforget I mentioned the whole trying to teach myself thing - I majored in Arts Applications with the music emphasis, and have done extensive reading and theory work on my ownso I've already studied the works of the masters, per se I guess I am mainly interested in hearing everyone's electronic compositions from Waschka's class, but I'm sure there's no way I'd be able to get any compilations of the pieces unless I either posted this in Chit Chat or talked to Dr. Waschka about it - and who knows if he saves the pieces he receivesI just like to hear how different people express themselves "artistically," if you will
