Its a seperate course... but your grade is used in the calculation of your final average for the reg. class

The first day of class, they usually put on the syllabus when the cut off is for how long can pass and you still get credit. Usually I think they give credit, but I don't know how many semesters can pass.. 2 years may be too much, I don't know.

attucker23 has it right.CH202 is graded completely separately from CH201. Check out your transcript. You'll see that you have a grade for CH202. You do not need to retake CH202. Your old CH202 grade is NOT averaged into your CH201 grade.KittyKitty is giving advice on the organics (CH220, CH221, CH223) where the lab grade is averaged in.

Whoop. So he was. But seriously, there is no time limit on getting credit for CH202. Once you pass it and it's on your transcript, it's yours for life.

Many times the chemistry department will not require that you retake the lab. I suggest contacting them directly. Call Brenda at 5-8902. She can help or direct you to who can.

you don't have to retake it, they will have someone come in first or second day of class and talk to you about it

Airlia and Probasesteal speak the truth. If you have credit for CH 202 previously, please do NOT register for it if you are retaking the lecture.

What Gazoo said. I was in the same situation and didn't need to retake it at all. Its a seperate course on your transcript. and take Gazoo's section if there is one, i did better in his section.
