Its a program where you can basically transfer to another school just for a semester or year and pay normal in-state tuition. I wanted to do study abroad, which i still plan on doing, but this also looks like a pretty nice opportunity. I wanted to check out Florida International University...anyone know anything about this???

I did it for a semester in Hawaii. Well worth it, you should do it.
