I thought of this when I was severly pissed off.... we could reply by taking military, cia, civilians or whomever... call them a terrorist group and secretly give them "hijacked" jet planes with loaded nukes and let them go turn them into a parking lot...

I think I heard an official statement which says that Bin Ladin is a prime suspect, but I was flipping through the channels, so I can't be too certain.
