| course comments : | Very interesting material. However, I thought it got a bit too technical on the physics and science of color & light and should have gone more in depth on the theory of color and how it impacts humans & society. |

| course comments : | If you aren't interested in a more technical side of color and the human eye this class is not for you. Does not require a lot of studying and is created for less scientific students. |

| course comments : | material is very interesting. to explore every aspect of a subject is a lot of fun. the course covers optics, color systems, how color is made (light and pigments) and many other facets of color and light. not to difficult. a great elective to take and get a lot out of it at the same time |

| class comments : | class was not too easy but not too hard. lots of big projects (about 10) with one taking at least 15 hours to complete. but the projects are the only homework, and they teach you a lot, and its painting, so its fun. there is one final presentation (last 4 weeks of class are a bunch of student presentations presenting to you all different things that have to do with color) lots of visuals and in class experiments. there is one experiment that itself makes the class worth taking. two quizzes, whic |

| instructor comments : | speaks very well and knows his material. lets class out early a lot. friendly and humorous. knows the design students in the course better than the non-designers, and interacts with them more. grades very fairly. good guy all around, and i feel he does a lot to improve the class and make it a fun one (cuz the class could be just a lot of notes) |
