The trolling section is in chit chat. I don't have time for your games.

Before I tell you how to raise the limit for a credit card, you told want to raise your credit card limit, but you can't max out your limit regularly. That implies to me you don't need to raise your limit. You're comfortable within your limit. The credit card companies would agree with me.

If you need to raise your limit because you have a $2000 bill you need to pay monthly but only have a $1000 limit, you can still get $2000 worth of rewards.
How?

1) Max out the limit, then pay it off.
2) Pay the account off online with an electric payment from your bank account
3) wait 7 days for the transfer to reflect on your statement
4) Charge the second $1000.

Once you do this 3 times, call the credit card operator. Tell them that you need to raise your limit. They will look at your account and they will plainly see that you are spending more money per month than your current limit.

They will absolutely raise your limit.

My comprehension is fine. I just need to GET why you would want or need a loan larger than what you can't normally pay off monthly?

Banks don't accept credit cards to pay off their debt, and if they do, they charge more money than what you get back in rewards."

It is painful to have a conversation with you. WTF is this loan larger than what I can normally payoff bullshit? I'm getting a mortgage you moron. I have many large purchases coming up (items for the house) that I need to charge in the next month, but will exceed the limit on my preferred card. I was bitching about the previous declines on raising my credit limits.

Most users can't max out their limits regularly... either by income limits or it's just absurd to reach those limits. My father for example, his income is well above his credit limits; however, HE NEVER COMES CLOSE to maxing his limits. He hates credit cards and hardly charges to them; yet if you add all of his credit limits together, it's a huge amount that he'll never charge. You are just simply wrong.

Come on, man. You need to read my posts.

I clearly wrote:

and you can go back and read it.

Sentences like these are pointless and demeaning. Do you want my help or not? In order for me to understand your unique situation and goals, I must ask you questions.

In one post, you say you just want to use credit cards for rewards. In another post, you say you need a credit card increase to get a mortgage. Let's be consistent on what your goal is for raising your limit.

What is your exact plan? It sounds to me like you are trying to manipulate the system in order to qualify for a mortgage that is too expensive for your current income.
Please explain your step-by-step agenda. Give me your initial values you're working with and the goals you are trying to achieve.

For instance:
How much money do you have saved?
How many credit cards do you have?
What are your credit limits?
what is your montly income?
What are your total monthly mandatory bills? (telephone, insurance, etc...)
How much is the monthly mortgage bill going to be?
How much money will you have left over after all your bills are paid?
Will you be able to pay your mortgage with a credit card?
What timeframe do want to accomplish this? (this month? three months? year? no timeframe?

To be honest no, no I don't, because you are completely lost in this conversation and give out blatantly false information.

W.T.F.? Credit card increase to get a mortgage? What? I don't even know where you get this shit from. I use a particular card for rewards. I am getting a mortgage. 2 separate things here... I don't know what you're talking about.

Manipulate the system? Mortgage too high for income? Where in the hell did this come from? My qualification for a mortgage has nothing to do with my credit cards. Are you really this thick? I'm getting a house, for which I have a mortgage. I also have a rewards credit card that I prefer to use (get money back), but due to past credit limit increase declines, this card isn't very helpful to me right now because I have several purchases to make, before closing, that are more than the credit limit on this card. I can't game the system by paying it off early (within the next month), because, I've been told not to make any large purchases by my loan officer. Therefore, I can't use my checking account for these purchases/to pay off the card to make additional purchases. I have to charge it and wait until after closing to pay that charge.

I have plenty of money in my checking account to purchase these items; however, I get a very good discount if I purchase before closing; however, the loaning bank doesn't want to see huge charges right at closing.

Have you ever gotten a loan/mortgage? Doesn't sound like it.

I'm not giving you, or the general public, this information. You really are lost as shit.

Postulation 1: Credit card increase to get a mortgage? What? I don't even know where you get this shit from.

Exhibit A: "My qualification for a mortgage has nothing to do with my credit cards."
Exhibit B: "the loaning bank doesn't want to see huge charges right at closing."

Given a higher credit limit, a "huge charge" is less huge.

It's clear to me that everyone just wants to talk down to me for no reason. Good luck crying and jumping through hoops and letting the banks control how you spend your money.

Saying that I'm trolling to get responses is the dumbest single thought that was ever conceived on a messageboard system. The entire concept of a messageboard is to post and get responses.
In essence, by your weak definition of trolling, you are a troll all because I'm responding to your post.

^,^^ Doubt that'll happen. I've already tried that once.

I recommend starting a new thread, without a year, and linking to this one.
