Just ran over a big ass eye hook tire is flat sitting at my apt and cant keep enough air in it to drive it anywhere to get it patched. If anyone has a plug kit and wants to make some quick cash let me know. Just need it to be able to hold air long enough to drive it a mile or two up the road.

This would be a good time for SpongeBob.

I wonder, what did people do about flat tires before tww?

this sounds like a craigslist personals problem

Yes I could walk my ass somewhere or get someone to pick me up and do it myself, but 1st world problems call for 1st world solutions which means me paying someone else to do it haha

Fine I guess I'll start pulling the stereo system out to get to the spare, I knew that would bite me in the ass one day. Also I dont wanna hear you all talking about how poor or unemployed you are anymore

last time i had a tire patched (from the inside, not plugged) it only cost me $8
8/30/2010 8:21:04 PM
Oh it was $25 for that Im just talking about the $40 Id assume someone would charge to drive over here and take all the work out of it for me haha
8/30/2010 8:27:48 PM
nrr's towing and odd jobs would've done it for $25 plus materials[Edited on August 30, 2010 at 8:30 PM. Reason : but that fucker went out of business]

you paid $25 to have your tire repaired?damn. first lame, then stupid.some people just shouldnt own cars.
8/31/2010 2:08:20 AM
damn, you people are harsh. I understand that some people would rather just pay someone to come fix it though. This thread reminds me that I need to make sure my tire plugging kit got moved into my new car... I hope I remember tomorrow.

I had to pay $15 to get my tire plugged I thought I was getting swindled... but it was late evening, raining, this was the only place around that was open, and my tire was already dead flat.
8/31/2010 5:33:53 AM
Yeah I paid 25 dollars who cares? Not many places open till 8 or close enough for me to feel comfortable driving around on a donut tire. If I was willing to pay someone to come plug it for me do you really think the difference between 10 and 25 is gonna bother me just to get that shit taken care of?Also the $25 wasnt for a plug it was to get it patched.[Edited on August 31, 2010 at 8:34 AM.
